The agreement between you and ETAPA when you create, edit and order a memory book. Written to be read, not endured.

Using ETAPA
ETAPA turns photographs you provide into a designed, printable memory book. You need an account to create books, and you're responsible for keeping your login details to yourself.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold an account and place print orders.

Your photos stay yours
You own your photographs and the words in your book. Uploading them to ETAPA does not transfer ownership.
You grant ETAPA only the permission needed to run the product: to store your files, process them so AI can suggest a story and layouts, show them back to you, and send the finished pages to a print partner when you place an order.
You confirm you have the right to use the photographs you upload, including the right to include other people who appear in them.
What the AI does — and doesn't
ETAPA's AI proposes a selection, a written narrative and page designs. It is a first draft. Nothing is printed without your explicit approval, and you can edit any word, photo or page before ordering.
Because the drafts are generated, they can be imperfect or get a detail wrong. You are responsible for reviewing your book before you approve it for print.

Orders, printing and delivery
Prices are shown before you pay and include the configuration you chose — size, paper, cover and page count. Because every book is printed to order and personal to you, changes and cancellations are only possible before production begins.

Acceptable use
Don't use ETAPA to create or print material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts the abuse or exploitation of anyone.
We may decline to print an order that breaks these rules, and may suspend accounts used to do so.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ETAPA available and your books safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll tell you before it takes effect so you can decide whether to continue.
